What delivery options do you offer?
We offer national courier delivery with competitive, flat-rate options and ‘Click & Collect’ for all orders. Click & Collect is available for all orders, and when notified, you’ll be able to collect your order from Mathis Dance Studios & Bullets Allstars reception.
For courier delivery, we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. A tracking link will be available for you to track your order once your order has been dispatched.
Please select ‘Click & Collect’ as you complete your order. You will be emailed when your order is ready to collect from reception.
Most orders of in-stock items will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days. Customised, made-to-order, and pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of our products, including customised, made-to-order and pre-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
While we take the best possible care; items can sometimes be faulty. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us using the form below, within 7 days of collection of your order to arrange for a replacement. We are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your purchase.
